Best Product for a Firm of Our Size
I can say that working in the Lighthouse software environment and with the Lighthouse support team of professionals is an exciting journey. I can tell you that the response time to the Firm’s business operation needs is the best ever. I do believe that I can confidently say that - I have a long history of working with various systems, and working in the Lighthouse environment is a pleasantly surprising difference.
If you ask me what I like the most? The answer will be the readiness of the support team to address and resolve any issue, problem, new idea, new development right away. I am certain many of the Lighthouse clients will agree with me regarding this. How many times have we sent an urgent email to ‘Support’ to rectify, to help, to assist, and our request is always addressed quickly and with great quality.
I need to say a special word about program reliability. Our system is available 24/7 - we take that for granted. Not too many programs/products can say the same. During its history at our firm, Lighthouse has never gone down. This one fact only tells a lot about reliability of the program. The developers should take a huge pride in that - it is well deserved.
Another benefit of the program and the support team, is their willingness to change, to implement, to improve, to be in time with modern requirements. It is not always easy and possible in some cases to maintain a frontline technological presence these days, when every minute something new comes up. For the last three years, the support team helped us tremendously by developing the following:
• further formatted statements and financial and management reporting
• creating CRM functionality
• addressing and automating unique exception billing scenarios
• building a new analytically wonderful mechanism for processing credit cards
I do consider Lighthouse is currently the best product for a Firm of our size.
